Application for Emergency Financial Assistance
Are you a member of the North Carolina Army or Air National Guard in need of emergency financial assistance? Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Step 2:
Submit completed form with required supporting document(s) listed on Page 1 to:
A. If MDAY, ADT, ADOS, OTOT, AGR submit to primary chain of command for further review and processing.
B. If Military Technician (Title 32) submit to the immediate supervisor for further review and processing.
Step 3:
Reviewing and approving authorities submit to:
A. If MDAY, ADT, ADOS, OTOT, AGR, Military Technician (Title 32) submit to the local area regional Soldier and Family Readiness Specialist (SFRS) or Family Programs Coordinator.
B Do not submit to appointed unit level Family Readiness Group representative.
